Zoonum provides website design, WordPress development, and custom plugin creation. All services are provided on a project or product basis as agreed upon at the time of purchase.

All content, code, plugins, designs, graphics, and materials created by Zoonum remain the intellectual property of Zoonum unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use purchased products strictly for your own website or business use.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, sublicense, share, reverse engineer, or exploit any Zoonum product, code, or content without prior written permission. Piracy, redistribution, or resale of any Zoonum products in any form is strictly prohibited.

All plugins, code, and website builds are intended solely for legitimate use on websites owned or controlled by the purchaser. Products may not be used for illegal activities or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

All payments are due as agreed at the time of purchase. Due to the digital and custom nature of our services and products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing. Zoonum reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders at its discretion.

Clients agree to provide accurate information and necessary access (such as hosting, WordPress, or domain credentials) required to complete services. Clients are responsible for maintaining backups of their websites and data unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

Zoonum may integrate or rely on third-party tools, plugins, or services. We are not responsible for the performance, security, or reliability of third-party services, including hosting providers, payment processors, or external plugins.

All services, products, plugins, and code are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive to deliver high-quality and secure products, we do not guarantee that our products will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all systems or environments.

Zoonum shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or products. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of revenue, business interruption, security vulnerabilities, or software-related harm, even if such issues are unlikely.

By using our services, you acknowledge that all software carries inherent risks and you assume full responsibility for its use.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zoonum from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or misuse of any products.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services or products at any time, without notice, if we believe these Terms have been violated.

Zoonum may update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which Zoonum operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
